The Milone Law Firm was formed in order to offer clients quality, experienced representation at lower rates, and with more flexible fee structures, than what typically is offered by larger firms.

Insurance recovery matters naturally lend themselves to various methods of billing, including hourly, flat fee, full or partial contingency fee, partnerships with third-party litigation funders, or hybrid approaches involving more than one of these structures.

The Milone Law Firm will work with every client individually to craft an agreement appropriate for the size and nature of the matter, tailored to the business needs of the client.
